I beg your pardon

I have just received this e-mail

"Hello Michael. We have a problem here. On your post today you copied and pasted a quote from my interview with Lance Johnson. Word for word, including capitalizing the word WILL, with no attribution to MUSCLEBLOG or to Lance Johnson.
This is very distressing.
Please delete your post, or give proper attribution to Lance and to me. I know that you are a new blogger, and I want to see your blog become a success, but it is not okay for you to read my site and post the work as your own.
As someone who holds a creative commons license, clearly displayed on my site, I am fine with sharing some of my ideas (by the way, I see that you took the bloguinverse logo from my site that I made myself in Photoshop from the full site logo.) However, proper attribution is a must.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Brick Wallace"
